We are currently looking for warehouse employees to join our manufacturing team! You must be authorized to work in the United States and a pre-employment drug screen is required. The working hours for these positions are Monday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday off.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• One year experience in production or manufacturing facility preferred, but not required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Candidates applying to the Cutting Department must be able to lift 70 lbs. on a regular basis and work physically, moving objects and equipment as needed.

• Candidates applying to the Production Department must be able to lift at least 35 lbs. on a regular basis and work physically, moving equipment as needed.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment and meet deadlines.

• Must comply with R.N.C. Safety Rules and Regulations, other policies and procedures.

• Must be able to comply with R.N.C.’s Attendance Policy.

• Must be able to read work orders and receive verbal instructions in English to determine work assignments.

• Must have basic math skills and be able to read a tape measure.

• Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and mover around the department as required.

• Must have strong analytic skills.

• Must handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

• Must possess a positive mental attitude and contribute to the harmonious working environment at R.N.C.

• Must be able to inspect and ensure the quality of products so that they meet the highest standards possible.

• Must be able to safely use a pallet jack to move material, material pieces, boxes, and other objects to the work station.

• Must be able to keep work area organized and free of stray pallets or other trip hazards.
