Yes. While Control Temp Packaging is designed to be single use, it holds up very well to multiple uses. Gel Paks are also reusable and can be frozen and thawed hundreds of times. For more information about reusing boxes please contact a sales representative

Our box consists of a corrugated shipping box and a two-piece pad set. The pad set is composed of mineral fiber and plastic that is either recyclable or biodegradable. Please contact a sales representative for more information.

Yes. We offer 3 thicknesses: 1", 1.5", and 2"

We offer 8 ounce, 12 ounce, 16 ounce, and 24 ounce. They are sold by the case.

Please take a look at our size list for our standard sizes. Most of these boxes are available in all thicknesses of insulation and all are available in Classic and Blue. As always, if one of these boxes does not fit your needs we are more than happy to work with you to develop a custom size for you. Yes! You can see some examples of printing on our custom services page as well as more information about printing boxes. We are happy to work with you and use your logo or art work on our boxes. Yes. If you are looking to buy just a few boxes the best way to do this is through our store. If you have questions about ordering or are not sure which size to order, please contact us. We will be happy to help

Because each order is made as it is received, there is a two-week lead time from January 15th through October 31st on all orders regardless of size. November 1st to January 14th we have a three-week lead time. Please contact us for information on lead times for truck load orders and rush orders.

We ask that customers order each size in a minimum of 25, and in multiples of 25. Please contact us for more information about ordering less than 25 boxes.

We highly recommend you do not cut Control Temp Packaging or remove the insulation from the plastic. While the components are non-toxic, it is best to keep the pad sets sealed.
